Yes. Bridal car decoration is available on request. Tell us what you would like when you book, and the quote shows the full price before you confirm.

Can the couple's car wait during photos?

Yes. On an hourly booking the driver waits at every stop, so you can stop for photos or move between two venues without rebooking.

How far ahead should we book?

Book as soon as your date is fixed, so we can hold the cars and buses you want. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before each pickup if plans change.

How do we pay for the whole plan?

Pay by bank transfer or the STC Bank app (formerly STC Pay) before the day, or pay each driver in cash (SAR) or by card in the car. Companies with a corporate account are invoiced monthly.

Can guests with a wheelchair travel to the venue?

Yes. Our wheelchair-accessible vans have a rear ramp, so a wheelchair user rides seated in their own chair with up to 4 companions. Book it with the rest of the plan.

Wedding cars and guest transport in Saudi Arabia

A wedding car in Saudi Arabia, such as a Mercedes S-Class or Cadillac Escalade with a suited chauffeur, costs from SAR 400 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, so SAR 1,200 for the shortest booking. Guest transport runs in family vans from SAR 150 per hour or group buses from SAR 350 per hour.

What wedding transport can you book?

When you hire a wedding car in Saudi Arabia with us, you can book two things: a chauffeur-driven car for the couple, and transport for guests between hotels, the venue and the airport. Both are priced per vehicle, fixed before the day, with no surge pricing.

Which car for the couple, and which for guests?

Hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum, and the driver waits at every stop, so the car is ready after photos or between venues.

Moving guests between hotels and the venue

A guest shuttle follows the plan you set: pickups at each hotel at fixed times, drop-off at the venue entrance, and return runs at the end of the evening. A family van takes up to 11 guests and a group bus from 22 to 50, so one bus often replaces several cars. Many Saudi weddings hold separate gatherings for men and women, sometimes in different halls or at different times. If yours does, tell us, and we plan separate pickups and drop-offs for each.

Guests flying in for the wedding

Guests flying in are met in the arrivals hall by a driver holding a name board. We track each flight, and the driver waits free for 60 minutes after landing. Send us the guest list with names, flights and hotels, and we plan each pickup.

Guests travelling from another city

If guests are coming from another city, intercity fares are fixed per car, with rest and prayer stops included on long routes. A family van keeps a group and its luggage together.

Riyadh to Dammam: 400 km, about 4 h, from SAR 1,280 in a family van.
Riyadh to Buraydah: 330 km, about 3 h 30 min, from SAR 1,060 in a family van.
Jeddah to Taif: 170 km, about 2 h, from SAR 550 in a family van.
Jeddah to Madinah: 420 km, about 4 h, from SAR 1,350 in a family van.

Late finishes and the night surcharge

If the celebration ends after midnight, rides between 00:00 and 05:00 carry a 20% night surcharge. It is shown in the quote, so there are no surprises on the night.

For the end of the evening, agree a pickup window rather than an exact minute, and choose a meeting point a short walk from the venue door, away from the main crowd. Keep the driver's WhatsApp number to hand; the driver messages you when he arrives.

Women guests and female drivers

Female-driver vehicles are available in Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and Dammam, in Standard and Comfort cars that seat up to 6. Book them at least 12 hours ahead. Child seats are available on request for families with young children.
