Why we started
Pilgrims landing at Jeddah at 3 am should not have to bargain with a stranger at the curb. We started SATS in Makkah in 2018 with one idea: agree a fixed fare on WhatsApp before the trip, send the driver's photo and plate, and keep the promise.
Today our dispatch team in Makkah and Madinah works in two shifts around the clock, answering in English, Arabic and Urdu. Our own fleet covers the holy cities and Jeddah; licensed partner drivers cover Riyadh, the Eastern Province and the rest of the Kingdom under the same rules.
