Are your fares fixed or metered?
Every fare is fixed and agreed before the ride. It includes fuel, tolls, driver and meet-and-greet. There is no surge pricing. A night surcharge of 20% applies between 00:00 and 05:00 and is shown in your quote.
Do you cover the whole of Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We operate in 13 regions and 90 cities and at all 27 airports, from Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and Riyadh to Tabuk, Abha, Jazan and NEOM, with offices in Makkah and Madinah and partner drivers across the Kingdom.
Do your drivers speak English and Urdu?
Drivers speak Arabic and most speak English or Urdu; many also speak Hindi and Bengali. Tell us your preferred language when booking and we match the driver.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight. Your driver adjusts to the actual landing time and waits free for 60 minutes after landing. There is no extra charge for airline delays.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes to time or vehicle are free whenever possible; just message us on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver in cash (SAR), by card in the car, or by bank transfer or STC Pay before the ride. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly.
Is it safe to take a taxi in Saudi Arabia as a woman or a family?
Yes. All drivers are licensed by the Transport General Authority, identity-checked and rated after every ride. Female-driver vehicles are available in the main cities, and families can request child seats.
