By booking with Saudi Arabia Taxi Services you agree to these terms.

Fares

Quoted fares are fixed per vehicle and include fuel, tolls and the driver. Extras such as child seats, extra luggage, extra stops or waiting beyond the free period are agreed before the ride.

Waiting time

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after actual landing. City pickups include 15 minutes. Further waiting is charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle class.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the fare.

Conduct and safety

Seat belts are required. Drivers may refuse passengers who endanger safety. Lost property is kept for 30 days at our Makkah office.

Liability

Vehicles carry passenger insurance as required by Saudi law. We are not liable for missed flights caused by delays outside our control when the pickup time was set by the customer.
