Staff shuttle services in Jubail and Yanbu industrial cities

Staff transport in Jubail and Yanbu runs best as a monthly contract with the same driver and vehicle each day, using 11-seat vans or 22- to 50-seat coaches for shift crews. A group bus costs from SAR 350 per hour, or SAR 560 for a one-way Dammam to Jubail run, and monthly prices are quoted per route once we see your roster.

What does staff transport in Jubail and Yanbu involve?

Staff transport in Jubail and Yanbu means moving shift workers, engineers and contractors between housing, plants and offices on a fixed timetable. Jubail Industrial City and Yanbu Industrial City are both run by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and plant gates need passes, so a shuttle has to fit site rules as well as shift times.

We run fixed-route daily shuttles with the same driver and vehicle, monthly pricing and live tracking for HR teams. The same account also covers airport runs for rotations, visitors and new hires.

Which vehicles work for staff shuttles?

Our group buses range from the 22-seat Toyota Coaster to 45- and 50-seat coaches with a luggage hold. Hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum; regular routes are priced per month instead.

How do shift-change shuttles work?

A shift shuttle follows your roster. The driver collects staff from camps, compounds or housing, drops them at the plant or office gate before the shift starts and brings them back when it ends. Early-morning crew pickups on fixed rosters are routine for us.

To plan the routes, we need:

  • Shift start and finish times, including any rotating patterns.
  • Pickup points, and the gate or building for each drop.
  • Headcount per run, so we size the vehicle.
  • A contact who can tell the dispatcher about daily changes.
  • Any site rules for drivers and vehicles.

Gate passes and site access

Plant drop-offs in Jubail Industrial City need gate passes, and the gates at Yanbu Industrial City require worker ID. Our drivers know these gate procedures and follow each site's access rules.

If the vehicle must drive beyond the gate, ask your site security team what the driver and vehicle need, and send it to us before the contract starts. Where a vehicle cannot go in, the driver drops at the gate.

Questions readers ask

Can drivers talk to crews in Urdu, Hindi or Bengali?

Drivers speak Arabic, and most speak English or Urdu; many also speak Hindi and Bengali. Tell us the main languages of your crews and we match drivers where we can.

Do you cover other Eastern Province sites, such as Ras Tanura or Abqaiq?

Yes. Dammam to Ras Tanura is 70 km, about 1 h, and refinery gate passes are needed beyond the town. Abqaiq is on the SAR East Line between Dammam and Hofuf, and some checkpoints there also need gate passes.

Can you move new hires and their families from the airport to housing?

Yes. A driver meets them in arrivals with a name board, and we add a cargo van for heavy luggage or a pet-friendly vehicle on request. These trips go on the same monthly invoice.

Yes. The same service covers compound and school routes, with the same driver every day and live tracking for parents.
