What happens to your taxi when your flight is delayed?
A flight delay is stressful enough without worrying about your taxi as well. With a pre-booked airport taxi from us, you do not need to do anything when your flight is late. We track every flight using the flight number in your booking, and the driver plans his arrival around the real landing time, not the time printed on your ticket.
The free waiting time is 60 minutes, and it starts when your plane actually lands. So if a flight due at 14:00 lands at 16:30, the driver is there for the 16:30 landing, and the free waiting runs from 16:30. There is no extra charge for airline delays.
Delayed, early, diverted or cancelled: what to do
Here is what we do and what we ask of you in each case.

Why the right flight number matters
Flight tracking only works if we have the right flight. If you are connecting, give us the number of the flight that lands in Saudi Arabia, not the first leg from home. If your ticket shows two numbers for the same flight, which happens with codeshares, send both.
When you book, send:
- The flight number and date of the flight that lands in Saudi Arabia.
- The airline, and the terminal if your ticket shows it.
- The number of passengers and suitcases.
- Your hotel or address, and a phone number that works on WhatsApp.
What should you do if your flight is cancelled?
Airlines sometimes cancel a flight and move passengers to a later one. If that happens to you, message us on WhatsApp to rebook your ride, with the new flight number and date. Do it as soon as you know, even if you are still in the queue at the airline desk.
For help from the airline itself, such as a new flight, meals or a hotel, ask the airline. In Saudi Arabia, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) sets the rules on passenger rights, so check its official website if you need them.
Departure day: if your flight home is delayed
The same thinking works in reverse. If your airline tells you that your departing flight has moved, message us with the new time before your pickup, and changes to the pickup time are free whenever possible.

Changing or cancelling your booking yourself

Tips to make a delay easier
- Keep WhatsApp working: buy a local SIM, turn on roaming or join the airport Wi-Fi.
- Save our number, +966 57 951 9804, in case your phone has no data when you land.
- Send a short message when you land, even though we track the flight.
- If you are waiting at a lost-baggage desk, tell us roughly how long it will take.
- Keep the driver's name, photo and plate number on your phone so you can find him quickly.
