What does airport meet-and-greet mean?
Airport meet and greet in Saudi Arabia means your driver is waiting for you when you come out of arrivals, instead of you looking for a car outside. He holds a name board, helps with your trolley and walks you to the vehicle.
With us it is part of every airport fare. The fixed price includes fuel, tolls, the driver and meet-and-greet, so there is no meeting or parking fee on top.
If you want more help, our Meet & Greet service adds a representative who helps with luggage trolleys, SIM cards and currency and walks you to the car. It suits first-time visitors and elderly travellers. Ask for it when you book.
What happens, step by step
- Book on WhatsApp with your flight number, the names on the booking, and the number of passengers and suitcases.
- We reply with a fixed fare within 5 minutes.
- The day before, you receive the driver's name and plate number, and a photo before you land.
- We track your flight, and the driver works to the actual landing time.
- After customs, the driver waits at the meeting point with your name on a board.
- Check that the name, photo and plate match our message before you load your bags.
- The driver helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
- Pay in cash (SAR) or by card in the car, or by bank transfer or the STC Bank app before the ride.
Where does your driver wait at each airport?
These are our meeting points at eight of the airports we serve. If the meeting point is different on the day, the driver tells you on WhatsApp.

What if you cannot find your driver?
- Stay near the meeting point rather than walking outside; the driver will come to you.
- Check the terminal: at Jeddah, for example, some flights use the Hajj Terminal instead of Terminal 1.
- Message the driver on WhatsApp, or call us on +966 57 951 9804.
- If people in the arrivals hall offer you a ride, politely decline. Your driver is the one whose name and photo you were sent.
Who benefits most from meet-and-greet?
First-time visitors, families with children and several suitcases, elderly pilgrims and anyone landing late at night get the most from it. Female-driver vehicles are available in Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and Dammam, and child seats and wheelchair-accessible vans with a rear ramp are available on request.

Meet-and-greet is included in these fixed fares, which are per car. A 20% night surcharge applies at night (00:00–05:00) and is shown in your quote.

VIP arrivals: what else can be arranged?
Our Luxury / VIP class uses cars such as the Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Lexus LX 600 and Cadillac Escalade, with a suited chauffeur. Riyadh Airport to central Riyadh costs SAR 350 in this class.
Airport fast-track assistance can be requested with a VIP booking. What is possible depends on the airport and the day, so ask when you book and we confirm what we can arrange.
